CE orders follow up regarding invalidation of Iec Long land swap

The Chief Executive is highly concerned about the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) report on the investigation of the Iec Long Firecracker Factory land swap case. After considering the views of the Public Prosecutions Office, it is determined that the "Letter of Commitment" signed on 10 January 2011 between the Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Predial Baía da Nossa Senhora da Esperança, S.A. and the Macao SAR Government does not comply with the law, and is invalid and defective.
